I can't remember which houses belong to who. All I know is these people are rich and famous, and they buy one of these 1700plus islands and built houses, vacation homes, party house or castles on it.

Boy:
Basically if I can price xiao hai zi, I can make a market for them.. Each xiao hai zi will be cash generating once they start to support their parents, I could then discount their expected net cashflow, price in the optionality embedded that they will default (i.e. unfillial). Of cos, you could also do xiaohaizi swaps or repos to try out different personalities. Or maybe I could just be a broker and take no search risk in this shallow market.
Girl:

Boy:
I don't need to waste time pricing liabilities.
