It's our Sunday working day. And also hohhoh's birthday. Pity I can only leave in the evening. Anyway, weekend's casual. See for yourself.

Our one and only working weekend. Well, asset management gets easier hours than the global banking and global markets guys. Anyway I've been reading Liar's Poker by Michael Lewis. Those who have read it, I'm the back row people up till this point in time. I do not share Salomon's trainees' fear of Equities though.

Went for Chicago. A classic on Broadway that we had to catch.

Times Square after Chicago

On the way home..

Finally managed to get her 2 small cakes from a cafe at Broadway, with trick candles from D.Reade.. I had a good laugh watching the candles rekindle. I nearly forgot my apartment is smoke free. The only place where we had the luxury of time to pose for shots is in the kitchen.

She made me breakfast on this Mon morning. Wonderful as I'm getting sick of the breakfast they provide in office. They serve bloody decaf coffee. You dun call them coffee unless they serve the purpose of keeping you awake. I threw the first cup away and never got close to them ever.

I brought her to Korean Town which is on 32th and the 5th.. I had my haircut there too. Got it relatively cheap at 35usd. I had this Korean BBQ couple of weeks earlier with Tae Ho. OB beer is great stuff.

At this restaurant, we were suckers. We ordered too much, looked like Koreans with small eyes, ok, I looked like, not we.. but had communication problems, and it just did not taste good enough to warrant what we paid.
