This is the last day of training.. This will be the good old times for us class of 2007 to remember. The days when you slack, drink, sing, eat, sleep, joke, maybe read, maybe listen in class, surfing the net, and you get some decent money to do all that.. plus allowances... vacation's over as of today, back to some serious business of generating alpha.. or maybe just taking more beta..

Except that people normally are furiously burrowing in their little laptop hole while the instructor speaks on topics like credit derivatives. well, i'm sure the topics that we speak about on MSN with friends are on market conditions, i'm sure the online retail shop that we visit is amazon, looking for some finance books. and im sure the video we are watching on youtube is on how to value a CDO. Afterall, we are good boys and girls.
And so the final case study begins, which is really nothing more than pure fun.

Our home for 2 months. Affinia Dumont. From here we start to fly away to different parts of the world to face some uncertainty. I'm sure the class will shine in all areas of the bank.
